In the third quarter of 2024, the top film and television applications on the Android platform in Panama showcased intriguing trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active user engagement, according to Sensor Tower data.

Disney+ saw its weekly revenue fluctuate, reaching a peak of approximately $6K at the end of September. Weekly downloads varied, beginning at around 4.4K in early July and gradually falling to about 2.5K by the end of the quarter. Active users for Disney+ started at nearly 90K and experienced a slight decline, ending at approximately 82K.

Max: Stream HBO, TV, & Movies exhibited a steady increase in weekly revenue, ending the quarter at roughly $4.4K. Downloads began at 8.4K in early July and decreased to about 3.8K by the end of September. Active users showed a positive trend, growing from 84.7K in early July to over 100K by the end of the quarter.

Crunchyroll maintained stable weekly revenue, peaking at around $2.8K in late September. Downloads fluctuated, starting at 5K and hovering around 3.4K by the end of the quarter. Active users increased slightly from 45.6K to nearly 47K over the three months.

DramaBox - Stream Drama Shorts experienced growth in weekly revenue, reaching nearly $2K in late August. Downloads were highest at 7.1K in mid-July and decreased to approximately 5.4K by the end of September. The app's active users rose from about 10K to over 17K, indicating increased user engagement.

ViX: TV, Deportes y Noticias had modest revenue, maintaining around $1.4K weekly. Downloads began at 5.8K in early July and declined to 3.4K by the end of the quarter. Active users slightly decreased from 91.7K to 84.6K over the period.
